Annabel works with our brands to build industry-leading management teams that have the capability of growing big brands and yet staying entrepreneurial in spirit. She helps design the teams and structure needed to deliver the plan and uses her network to source high calibre candidates for key roles.
Annabel is ex-McKinsey & Co., SmithKline Beecham and Asda, where she became Head of Brand Marketing. She left Asda to help her husband grow his furniture brand, Feather & Black, as Marketing Director. Building on her experience in these operational roles, she worked as an Executive Coach before joining Cobalt Partners where she focused on recruiting Chairmen and CEOs for Private Equity clients in the consumer space.
